Frank Gilbert on Justice Brandeis' opposition to the new Supreme Court Building in 1935.

Frank Gilbert is the grandson of former Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis. When the Supreme Court building opened in 1935, 7 of the 9 Justices refused to move into their chambers in the new building. In this video clip, Mr. Gilbert discusses the reasons his grandfather did not like the new building and why he was one of the 7 who did not move into his new office space there.
